• What happens to our framework/contract with Blumilk?

Our parent company, Litewhite Limited, has always been the legal entity listed on all frameworks. Previously, we operated as Litewhite Limited T/A Blumilk, and now we are Litewhite Limited T/A Utilities Marketing Agency (UMA).

• Invoices: All invoices will continue to come from Litewhite Limited.
• Bank Details: These remain unchanged under Litewhite Limited.
• Contracts: Existing contracts are still valid as they are made through Litewhite Limited.

This transition ensures no disruption to your agreements or processes.

• Is the team changing?

Not at all! You’ll still work with the same dedicated Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, supported by Jo Robertson, our Client Engagement Director. Our creative and strategic team in the studio also remains unchanged.

• Have you moved?

We relocated in August 2024. Our new Head Office address is:
Mikasa House, Newcastle Business Park, Asama Court, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7YD

No, all pricing structures will remain exactly the same.
